Rates
$120 for a 60 minute session
Insurance
I am not a member of any insurance panels. I do not file insurance nor
accept insurance payments. However, my services may be covered in full or in
part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan in their
out-of-network provisions. Please check your coverage carefully by asking
the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my insurance cover for out-of-network providers?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. I will
provide you with a detailed statement of services for you to file with your
insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the
full cost of the session.
